His office was recommended by a co-worker. That was good enough for me. Meeting Jeff was a pleasant surprise. He has the best qualities of a southern gentleman and a savvy big city agent.

I hadn't intended to ask Jeff to show me 15 different houses. He did. Without complaining. He convinced me that that the most important thing for him was that I would be happy with my purchase. I am.

He demonstrated patience and professionalism during my house hunt. Once he started to get "a feel" for what I was seeking, he began to suggest homes to look at. He protected my interests even when I didn't know they needed protecting.

Jeff understood the time restraints I had with having to sell my house. Jeff in a very timely manner, came out to our house and had it listed with in days. Jeff had a buyer lined up with in less than a week and the house was under contract just as fast. Jeff is very polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. I would buy or sell with Jeff any chance that I had.

Jeff was our agent for the purchase of this property. He did an Outstanding job on our purchase, exhibited a high degree of professionalism and most importantly was tuned into to the customer input and a rapid understanding of our family desires.

Jeff Brooks was recommended to me and after dealing with him, I see why. Jeff is an amazing agent. He spent time getting to know what kind of property I was looking for and helped me evaluate tons of listings. He was honest and upfront when evaluating the properties, listing out the pros and cons of the different listings. Jeff did an excellent job of facilitating sale of this property that was difficult to market because of a railroad track issue. he kept after it and eventually found a buyer and overcame some obstacles after that. he always kept in touch with me and that was important since I live in Georgia. Jeff is a consummate professional. We were difficult customers. We had difficult requirements. Special garage spaces needed for my husband, laundry room requirements for me, an older dog that has special needs. We just were not easy. We moved from OH where things are a lot different and he listened to us complain about it all.
